We had so many changes and curveballs this year throughout planning our project, and CBI patiently dealt with every email, request for new changes, and delay on our end. Time and time again they sent someone out to answer new questions and offer new updates estimates. We felt terrible for how much time we were taking from them, and yet they were always so gracious, patient, and professional. They made this stressful remodel process so much easier to deal with and we’re so grateful.
