  I came in for a new fitted hat yesterday and received excellent service. The staff helped me find a design I liked and were able to put it on the color hat that I wanted. I got plenty of compliments on it and was quite happy with the quality as well as the speed of the service. The hat outside is also very comfortable. I came back in today and had an idea for a custom hat, they made it perfect, out was exactly what I had envisioned. Excellent service and excellent results again, I can't recommend these guys enough.

  If you're looking for baseball-style caps, this store pretty much has it all. However, I had a gift card and wanted a driving-style cap (which is available at locations in Portland). The salesperson brought two out from the back room, both of which were much too small. His indifferent attitude is the reason for this below average review. He acted like I was bothering him simply by shopping for a hat in that store, so I will take my business elsewhere.
