  If you want your orders lost and poor customer service Lowe's on Turner Rd. is the place to go. Customer service is a joke at best. My cousin had placed an order for deck railing brackets and other decking materials and the contractor that he is using got a call saying that everything was in and that it could not be delivered and that it had to be picked up at the store. When we went there to pick up the materials nobody could rent a clue to what was going on and whether or not things had to be reordered. The service manager was to have called me back and never did. Shame on him!!! I called today and have spoken with the store manager who finally got the issue resolved but as far as we are concerned too little too late. Never again will either of use use Lowe's for the are a joke! If I could give zero stars I would!!!
