  Worst Macy's. Terrible customer service. Set aside terrible exchange policies, but my salesperson was supposed to be going on a break. Instead of finding another associate to help, she took out her work frustrations on me. Then after she stormed off no one in the men's department would help. This isn't the first time. If you're looking for shoes, you have to search the entire floor for help and they will tell you "that's not my department". Apparently, men's shoes is no ones department. Get your act together or this store will be the next Macy's to close.
