  We were helped by James and Naji at both of the Sleep Train locations in Keizer Station (Ulali Drive). We have had trouble with the last two mattresses we bought. Naji and James gave us terrific help. James directed us to the right type of mattress we wanted and spoke to us at length about the build of each one and why they would be good or not for us. He gave us time alone to try each one we considered, and even moved the mattress we ended up buying to a lower foundation so we could experience it as it would be at our home. James is one of the most KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL salespeople we have ever been lucky enough to talk to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE. He knows everything about mattresses, will NOT sell you something you DO NOT WANT, and will make sure you have all the time and information you need to make the right purchase. I REALLY, REALLY RECOMMEND THIS SLEEP TRAIN LOCATION for your next mattress purchase. You will not be disappointed!!

  Went in to buy 2 mattresses from James. After speaking with him for 10 minutes on beds, he showed me 2 that he said were "discontinued" When I got home I realized the stitching wasn't finished. James either omitted this information about the mattresses or doesn't know his inventory. Buyer beware! First and last time I am a customer with Mattress Firm. I will update this if James reaches out to me, but I highly doubt it. He doesn't seem like the type who cares after you give him money. -Wes
