  I went here when I first moved into my apartment late last year. I actually got it suggested to me by a couple other mattress store employees after not finding what I had wanted. (I will not name them. I don't want the employees getting in trouble.) I'm so glad I went here! I told the clerk my budget and my preferences and found a mattress I loved. It's been only a few months now and I haven't had any issues. There was no upselling, no pushy sales people and that weekend it was delivered to my home and set up in minutes. Even the cheapest mattress here is fantastic. FAR better than similar priced from other brands. My brother got that one and loves it. I would REALLY recommend people try this store out if they're looking for a new or replacement mattress! :)

  My overall experience with Parklane was fantastic. The price is higher compared to chain mattress stores and online mattresses-in-a-box but I feel it's well worth it. The salesperson (Steven) provided information about the mattress design and technology without being pushy. He considered our sleeping habits and made excellent recommendations that steered us towards a particular mattress. He even advised us to come back and try the mattresses after a day at work as it would be closer to our bodies would feel when we normally going to bed. Steven accomodated us past the store closing time and allowed us to actually relax on the mattresses (turning off lights and music). Overall, the best sales experience I have ever had. Once we decided to purchase the mattress we were able to schedule Saturday delivery within 2 weeks. The devliery was quick and professional. Ultimately, we decided to purchase the mattress from Parklane based on the no-pressure sales experience, comfort and quality of materials, and to support a local business.
