Reviews about Ross Dress for Less
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆October 10, 2019, by Kell PennyThe downtown store is small and seems to have limited merchandise. The Keizer one is better. They're both much better than the Lancaster store. It seems like at Lancaster there are ALWAYS unsupervised young children running around making messes etc but the adults aren't always any better about not making messes themselves. The other store will occasionally have the same issue, but it's not as prevalent as the Lancaster store by any means. Great prices on clothing, shoes, handbags, luggage etc. They have some good brands but you have to really look to find them. I find the men's shoes and pants areas to be the hardest to find things in. Most of the pants inseams are 32' or shorter and the shoes really only go to 11, and some 12's. If you're tall or need a larger shoe size like 12-14 you're pretty much out of luck. They have decent employees usually but often let the lines get very very long before they'll call up another cashier. That can be frustrating when waiting in line for 20 plus minutes. This is a discount store and if you go into it with that in mind I think you'll be prepared and probably even pleasantly surprised by what you find and the service you get.
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆March 19, 2019, by Chess SmithI have nothing to say against the store itself, but their checkout service could use some help. 8 people in line and 2 checkout girls but only one was checking people out. The other one, Evelyn, was DISTRACTING the one working talking about who's going to take their break and win. Last I remember that is bad etiquette. Especially considering the fact that I complained about it twice and she was so distracted to the point that she didn't even hear me or did she look at me throughout the whole sale because she was so distracted I was going to take your break and when. I was in line for probably about 10 minutes and the whole time she was talking about who's going to take your break and wen. Kind of funny the company has to pay for somebody to figure out when their breaks are, kind of redundant
