  I go for the make-up products that I love from Sephora and they carry them, so there is not much to complain about. I have been in multiple times and I have had decent customer service, and have never had any issues testing/finding products. This is not a full sized shop, but for being inside a JCPenney it still serves its purpose.

  so I went to Sephora with 3 of my girls and we were just looking at some makeup one of my friends asked one of the worker for some help she was blonde haired and was being so rude and impolite my friend asked her for a lotion that she would recommend for after showering and so they went to go look at some lotions and the worker asked my friend what kind of skin she had dry or oily and my friend wasn't to sure her skin was more In between so she said I don't know and the Sephora worker said "you don't know?" In the rudest way possible in a mean tone also me and my other two friends asked her for some samples and all she said was she was "sure" and rolled her eyes didn't even say you're welcome just handed them to us by far the work costomer service I've ever had in my life

  On multiple occasions when visiting this I've had the worst experiences with the enolyees having bad attitudes and not being able to answer my most simple questions regarding products, policies etc.. as a loyal customer this behavior is unacceptable to me! The so called manager is a joke with not knowing her own stores policy regarding returns! Red headed snob with a terrible attitude! I will NOT be returning to this specific location going to Portland locations is necessary to be treated kindly and welcomed once entering the store. Salem location is terrible, unless your going for a specific item(s) or know what your looking for don't bother asking for help, you'll either be sold the wrong product or a shade way off for foundation. Never again with this Sephora location!!
