- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★June 04, 2020, by Lorna EmoryI had a wonderful experience at this location.I had help by a Sprint employee named Nina, She helped me with all my questions and then got me help by a tech support employee named Ryan in the back.They took my iPhone and got it diagnosed with memory issues.Then Ryan helped me download an App called Tech Expert that lets you do diagnoses in your own home to your my iPhone. Now if i have any more problems the App will help me and tell me whats wrong in minutes.I learned a lot and had amazing customer service.Thank you Nina and Ryan!
