  I went in yesterday and just thinking about getting sunglasses. But ended up purchasing 4 pairs. The lady named tarah was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The best customer service I've had in a LONG time. I couldn't complain in the slightest bit. Me and my boyfriend were very satisfied. But unfortunately he ended up changing his mind about one of the sunglasses so today we went in to return them and the lady working was So RUDE. she approached me with"tarah wasn't supposed to give you that discount I just talked to her about you guys" like is that our problem? She claimed to be a supervisor and it was totally uncalled for. Let's put it this way, if that supervisor was working yesterday, she wouldn't have gotten our business. So shame on you. Tarah should get a pay increase or something. She is what got our business. And exceeded our expectations. Overall I'd probably go back if that unprofessional supversior wasn't there. She was to unprofessional and unhelpful. Don't take your anger out on customers.

  The "Sunglass Hut" in (Salem Center) Macy's, is tiny & you'll miss it if you blink.... & you have to put up with a thousand floral perfumes blended into one horrid headache is a smell!.....BUT, the lady that was working the booth was AWESOME & went above & beyond what she HAD to when she helped me! I'd recommend going there purely because of her....her name is Tarah, and she deserves a raise!
