  Worst experience ever that I have had here .... no one greeting guests, told it would be at least an hour and a half wait, but that i could make an appointment in the afternoon but when I pushed back said I could make an appointment within the hour, then told that if i was on the list and came back in an hour I might have to start over at the end of the list even though it would be at least an hour and a half wait. Then find out what a rep told me in person when I made a $500 purchase end of November apparently was not true when I was told that I had 30 days to determine if the product would work and that returning it during that 30 day time would incure restock fee , but apparently it was only 14 days ...
