If I could give zero starts I would. I went in there this evening to buy a charger. The associate seemed nice enough and asked me how my phone was working. I said it was lagging a little bit. He asked me if there were any updates that I hadn't done. I told him yeah, I saw that T-Mobile had an update that I hadn't done yet. This moron tells me go ahead and do the update and your phone will be fine. He said NOTHING about backing up my stuff because there's a chance that the update could FRY MY WHOLE DAMN PHONE!!!!! I will be headed in there tomorrow morning to try to get this figured out. Because now I'm out a phone because of this idiot's incompetence. I guarantee there will be one less T-Mobile employee by tomorrow.
