  Nobody who works here is on the same page. I called and talked to three different people, and got three completely different answers about the same plan/promotion. It's none of their faults, essentially, as T-mobile has made the excessive legalese impossible to keep up with for just your ordinary retail employee. I bought a new phone and at NO POINT in the transaction was I told about promotions, I had to bring them up later once I found out about them. No biggie, but as it stands, we're stuck with a full-price phone that we can't return, and we're unable to capitalize on a promotion we were told we'd be able to. The phone could have been purchased on ebay for about $200 less, so that stings twice. And don't expect any accountability, these guys will tell you go eff yourself, and if you call customer service, you can speak to multiple levels in the hierarchy from call center joe to supervisor...who will then tell you to go eff yourself. The only solution is to have people who all understand the workings of the store and policies much better. It's T-mobiles fault, really, not the individual employees who are doing their best. I have resisted getting a new phone for nearly a decade, and due to this experience, will likely resist for another. Lesson: always read the fine print, never listen to what the reps tell you as gospel, do your homework and be ready to understand the plans/promotions just as well as the employees do.

  came in to the store today with my family of 5 people and everyone did an awesome job helping us out we got all of our needs taken care of and even had 3 people helping us at one point transfer data from a few phones to the new ones. I would recommend anyone that needs anything from T-Mobile don't hesitate to head into this store. The sales reps were on point with knowledge and customer service and were able to deal with the nerdyness of me and speak on my level and still have the ability to help my family members who aren't as technically inclined at the same time. very satisfied with our experience.
