  "Doc says you called in your script too soon", (two days ago, but I just called it in ten minutes ago). The auto fill program, which can't call it in till five days of product are left, called it in. It called in too soon? Yeah right. Two weeks ago the pharmacy tech says the Dr. straight up denied it, while the Dr. assistant says the script (a different one) was approved and sent back to the pharmacy. Called district office in Portland during business hours. It hangs up on you. Multiple times. Have been reporting these guys to corporate in Illinois for almost a decade. They have some good people working in the pharmacy but something is not right and the employees aren't talking. They blame the doctor and the insurance (I blame the insurance too) I'm getting lied to.

  Unhelpful staff and horrible policies. If you are going to have a policy about not being able to print wedding photos (that dont even have a watermark) then be consistent. And when I tell the staff that two photos (not from my wedding) were taken by a family friend and they still REFUSED to let me buy them saying, "they look professional to me" and then educated me that my friend would have to text Walgreens to release the photos, unacceptable. This was my second time printing my wedding photos that I paid for and that have been in my possession since May and you wouldn't let me buy them? Yet two weeks ago at the same location I walked out with a dozen wedding photos to give to my florist no problem. Never shopping here again. Wasted 40 minutes of my day here. I have already told my friends and family not to either. I'm going to stick to rite aid or wal mart.
